Blue Sky Landing offers modern 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in College Park ranging between 790 and 1,273 square feet in size. Each home features in-home air conditioning for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that spacious walk-in closets and wood-style flooring.

Yes! The community hosts monthly resident events designed to bring residents together, including social gatherings and seasonal experiences.
Quiet hours are observed in accordance with the City of Los Angeles Noise Ordinance, typically between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Noise concerns can be reported by contacting the 24/7 concierge team. Courtesy patrol is also available nightly to respond to after-hours disturbances.

Current Leases & Residency
Residents will receive a renewal offer prior to lease expiration. To renew, simply contact the leasing office, and renewal documents will be sent electronically for signature.

Residents must submit written notice and complete a move-out form. A pre-move-out inspection is recommended, and a final inspection will be conducted after the home is vacated and keys are returned.
